NaBloPoMo - Day 11

I signed up to post every day in May, but I'm wondering if I have anything worth saying each day. Like today. What did I do? I went to work. It was actually a pretty interesting day. I'm in Poughkeepsie, participating in a design workshop with a customer. We're looking at their environment and making recommendations on how to adjust their configuration to enable them to keep their applications running 24x7. I went to supper with a colleague and we had a great conversation. I had barely sat down at the desk in my hotel room when the fire alarm went off, so I walked down 5 flights to the hotel lobby where I ran into several colleagues and we had a pretty good conversation about our jobs—what we really like about the jobs and what we wish were different.

But, I'd bet that this is no more notable than most everyone else's day. Not notable. Not really worth blogging about, is it?
