Catching Up...

When I signed up for the A to Z Blogging Challenge I noted that the challenge was to post every day except on Sunday. Although not stated by the sponsors of the challenge, it appeared to me that Sundays could be used to catch up with any missed posts. So that's what I'm doing.

F is for Flowers

In Texas, in March and April, the bluebonnets bloom prolifically along the roadsides. It's a long-standing tradition to dress the kids up in their Easter finery and go sit them in a bunch of bluebonnets and take lots of pictures. I asked my kids to take the grandbabies (who aren't babies any longer) out and get some photos of them among the bluebonnets before they die off. Heidi posted this picture of Victoria to her Facebook account and I grabbed it for the challenge.

Yet to be done ...

The other letters that I'm missing in my A to Z Challenge are “J, K, N, O, and R”. I'm also missing the scrapbook page for “M”, Mystery. I'll probably track down some large cover images to use for the scrapbook page. There's one more week left in the challenge and I hope I'll find time to keep up and also to catch up. Although I'm missing some of the alphabet, I've done much better at posting regularly than any other challenge I've taken on.
