I put the finishing touches on this digital scrapbook kit last weekend. (A teaser was posted to this blog on 5 August.) It took me almost as long to construct the preview as it did to make all the digital elements. Once I settle on a "formula" for the previews, it should go easier.
Over the past few months, I've been designing digital kits for Scrapbooking and I'm really proud of this kit. I think that the quality of the elements compares favorably with kits that I've purchased from various designers.
I've been visiting a number of scrapbooking sites (particularly traditional paper-based scrapbooking) to get ideas on what I can create in my digital kits. I like the idea of making alphabets that look like they were punched with a Sizzix or QuicKutz. Metallic elements are also high on my list. I made a couple of metal ribbon sliders for another kit, so I'll probably repeat those in the future.
